This shot was labeled BDB-Zanzibar but the drummer confused me. Chip identified him as famous Steve Jan Humphries, of later Endtables and Monsters fame, who, per the Timeline, played one local show with them, which makes Steve Rigot in the foreground make a lot more sense; therefore this has to be the always scary Willo's on east Oak street.
